Purchasing & Shipping Terms

Thank you for choosing to shop with Wild Woodland Toys!

Please read these terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing products (the Products) via this website.


You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Wild Woodland Toys is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at their own expense.

Purchase Price

All prices quoted on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). All current up to date pricing can be viewed online. Wild Woodland Toys reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you. The prices do not include transport insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver ordered Products to you. In our email newsletter we offer various promotional pricing options. 


Wild Woodland Toys is registered for GST. All products listed do include GST. All tax invoice’s provided from Wild Woodland Toys do contain a GST component. This is indicated on your tax invoice. Tax invoices are not sent with your orders. You can request one by emailing us at info@wildwoodlandtoys.com.au 

Drop Ship Orders 
Many of the larger items, and others at time of need, are drop shipped directly from our partner suppliers in order to save on freight costs, speed up delivery or to fulfill your order if we are out of stock but can source from elsewhere. We are in South Australia and all of our suppliers are on the East Coast of Australia. They each have their own processing and delivery methods so estimated delivery times will differ depending upon what supplier. 


We process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in South Australia.

We confirm dispatch of your order by email with a tracking number to monitor its progress online. If an item is on back order, you will be advised of the ETA via email. If you have not received any order updates from us, please advise us as soon as possible. 

All orders aim to be packed and dispatched within 48 hours of submission, or upon receipt of payment. During busy periods, particularly after a sale announcement or during seasonal retail peaks, extra time maybe required to process your order. We use Australia Post for all of our deliveries. Once lodged at an Australia Post outlet, it is then out of our control on how long your parcel will take to get to you.

• Adelaide: 3-4 working days

• Remote SA: 4-5 working days

• Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Canberra : 5-6 working days

• Perth, Darwin & Cairns: 5-10 working days

• Rural WA, QLD & NT: 7 – 14 working days

COVID-19 and Australia Post

Most parcels are arriving on time but delays may be experienced due to the impact from COVID-19. On any given day hundreds of Australia Post staff are in self isolation. Australia Post parcel processing facilities may be affected by temporary closures. COVID-19 related airline disruptions means there are fewer flights available to transport mail and parcels and this may cause longer delivery times. Express Post Orders

We also offer an Express Post option. This option is clearly displayed during the check out process. Express Postage Orders placed before 10am will be posted that day, providing it is a business day. Express Postage Orders placed after 10am will be posted the next business day before 4pm. Our parcels are all dispatched from Kapunda SA 5381 and this does not fall within the Express Post Delivery Network, which is the network within which Australia Post guarantees next business day (this network is currently suspended across Australia. Gift Wrapping

We offer the convenience of gift wrapping, a hand written gift card and even direct shipping to the recipient, if you wish. A small cost is calculated at the check out for this service. You can choose from several different themes for the gift wrapping.

International Shipping (US and New Zealand only)

International Shipping is only available to the United States and New Zealand at this stage. 

Postage costs 

We try very hard to maintain the flat rate postage of $14.95. We re use all cardboard boxes and packaging from our suppliers as well as collect boxes from other businesses in the community.  

Wild Woodland Toys uses Australia Post to ensure safe & secure delivery of your parcel. All parcels can be tracked with a customer reference number so you can be rest assured that your parcels will get to you safely.

For large items in more remote areas, Wild Woodland Toys may require additional payment to cover postage costs and customers will be immediately advised if this is the case.

Local Pickup

Unfortunately, I no longer attend markets as a stallholder so the option of market collection has ceased. However, if you live within the mid north of SA, you can certainly pick up your order from the retail store in the regional town of Kapunda!

Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day from the comfort of your home. Live inventory is available but stock counts can be inaccurate at any given time. If your order contains a product waiting to arrive in stock, your order may be held for 3-4 days. If it will take any longer then I will contact you to advise you of the delay. Payment can be made via PayPal (or with a Credit Card via PayPal), Bank Transfer, Afterpay, PayPal Pay in 4 and Humm. 

Products missing from an order

Should a Product be missing from an order, please contact me at info@wildwoodlandtoys.com.au with the order number and the product code or product name of the Product you ordered, and I will investigate accordingly.


By agreeing to the Purchase & Shipping terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from me in relation to the Wild Woodland Toys business, including information relating to products, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message.

Of course, you may at any time, unsubscribe from receiving electronic commercial messages from me. Simply use the unsubscribe link within the email and you will be removed from the list.


Wild Woodland Toys accepts PayPal, Bank Transfer, Afterpay, payPal in 4 and Humm at this stage as payment options for online orders. The e-commerce system uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to ensure your shopping experience is safe, sound and secure at all times.

Your personal information will not be exposed to any third parties of any kind. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details. Orders that have not been paid for within 7 days are cancelled.

Order and Return Policy

We want our customers to be happy with the products purchased from Wild Woodland Toys. If for some reason the toys are not what you expected then please contact us to discuss the matter. If they are returned in their original packaging and in new condition then we are more than happy to offer a refund minus the postage costs.

If the product is faulty then we will either replace or refund it and we will pay the postage costs. You must return the item within 14 days of receiving it in order to receive an exchange, store credit or refund. If the 14 days period has passed then please contact us to discuss the matter further.

Registered Post & loss and damage during delivery

Wild Woodland Toys checks all toys to make sure they are in good condition and not faulty prior to packaging and every item is packaged with great care.

All packaging materials are recycled, this helps towards keeping the postage costs down and, of course, is kind to our environment!

Australia Post is a reliable delivery service, however sometimes mishaps can occur that are out of my control. If a package is delayed, arrives damaged or not at all please contact me immediately by email and we will do everything possible to ensure the matter is resolved quickly. There is an option to have a signature on delivery for $2.95 added to your delivery cost and this provides another layer of security. If you do not want this option and the Authority to Leave box is checked, then no responsibility is taken for stolen parcels.


Each item is intended for use only for the purpose described and not for any other purpose. Naturally, any item to be used by a child requires careful adult selection and use should be under proper adult supervision. Items must only be used by children of an appropriate age. Guidelines are given but the final decision must be made by the selecting adult taking into account the nature of the child concerned. Wild Woodland Toys offers a standard 12 month warranty on all products. A photographic image may be required to support your warranty claim. In the instance that the Wild Woodland Toys customer service team deem the product to have been misused your warranty claim may not be honoured. Warranty Spare Part requests will take approximately three weeks. Some parts may need to be sourced from the manufacturer therefore lead times will be advised on application.
