Please read the Purchase & Shipping Terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing products (the Products) via this website.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Wild Woodland Toys is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at my own expense.
All prices quoted on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). I reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you. The prices do not include transport insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver ordered Products to you.
Orders aim to be delivered within the time slots as listed below (In times of public holidays and busy times such as Promotional Sales and Christmas, there will be a delay) upon receiving the order and payment, unless an item is on back order in which case you will be advised of the ETA. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery for any orders from a sale event advertised through the email newsletter ‘Woodland Happenings’.
Normal Delivery Times
• Adelaide: 3-4 working days
• Remote SA: 4-5 working days
• Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane & Canberra : 5-6 working days
• Perth, Darwin & Cairns: 5-10 working days
• Rural WA, QLD & NT: 7 – 14 working days
Please note: These are only approximate delivery times and during busy times like Christmas, deliveries may take longer.
Express Post Orders
Express Post orders will incur extra postage cost but certainly can be placed by emailing through your order and delivery address to email@example.com
International Shipping (US only)
International Shipping is only available to the United States at this stage. A flat rate shipping cost of $45 per order will incur, however, occasionally this will be insufficient to cover the cost. In which case, you will be given the opportunity to either pay the extra amount or alternatively you may cancel the order and be issued a full refund. Your order may take up to 1 month for delivery.
Wild Woodland Toys accepts no responsibility for lost or delayed international shipments.
I try very hard to keep the postage at an affordable rate for my customers. This excludes Bulky items or items sent straight from the distributor. The freight cost for these items is included in the whole cost of the product. This extra freight amount is completely out of my control as it is determined by the distributor. I will contact you with the correct amount of shipping for these items if they exceed what you have already paid. You will then have the option to proceed or cancel this order.
Wild Woodland Toys uses Australia Post to ensure safe & secure delivery of your parcel. All parcels can be tracked with a customer reference number so you can be rest assured that your parcels will get to you safely.
Unfortunately, I no longer attend markets as a stallholder so the option of market collection has ceased. However, if you live within the mid north of SA, you can certainly pick up your order from the regional town of Robertstown!

Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day from the comfort of your home. If your order contains a product waiting to arrive in stock, your order may be held for 3-4 days. If it will take any longer then I will contact you to advise you of the delay.
Products missing from an order
Should a Product be missing from an order, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the product code or product name of the Product you ordered, and I will investigate accordingly.
By agreeing to the Purchase & Shipping terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from me in relation to the Wild Woodland Toys business, including information relating to products, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message.
Of course, you may at any time, unsubscribe from receiving electronic commercial messages from me. Simply use the unsubscribe link within the email and you will be removed from the list.
Wild Woodland Toys accepts PayPal and Bank Transfer at this stage as payment options for online orders. The e-commerce system uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to ensure your shopping experience is safe, sound and secure at all times.
Your personal information will not be exposed to any third parties of any kind. I also accept payment via cheque for orders from schools or early learning centres. Orders that have not been paid for within 7 days are cancelled.
Order and Return Policy
I want my customers to be happy with the toys purchased from Wild Woodland Toys. If for some reason the toys are not what you expected then please contact me to discuss the matter. If they are returned in their original packaging and in new condition then I am more than happy to offer a refund minus the postage costs.
If the product is faulty then I will either replace or refund it and I will pay the postage costs. You must return the item within 14 days of receiving it in order to receive an exchange, store credit or refund. If the 14 days period has passed then please contact us to discuss the matter further.
Registered Post & loss and damage during delivery
Wild Woodland Toys checks all toys to make sure they are in good condition and not faulty prior to packaging and every item is packaged with great care.
All packaging materials are recycled, this helps towards keeping the postage costs down and, of course, is kind to our environment!
Australia Post is a reliable delivery service, however sometimes mishaps can occur that are out of my control. If a package is delayed, arrives damaged or not at all please contact me immediately by email or phone and I will do everything possible to ensure you are satisfied with the products.
